1. Bespoke Customization & Delivery Timeline

  • Step 1 — 3D Sculpting & Digital Animation (4–7 Business Days): Once your order is placed, our 3D portrait animators carefully study your uploaded photos to model head tilts, eye reflections, fur patterns, and signature actions.
  • Step 2 — Private Video Preview & Approval: We email you a private HD simulation clip before hardware assembly. We will never engrave or ship your physical hardware until you are 100% satisfied. Revisions on digital models are unlimited and completely free.
  • Step 3 — Hardware Loading & Insured Transit (7–12 Business Days): Following your final approval, the animation is loaded into the standalone optical hardware, boxed in luxury rigid packaging, and dispatched via tracked express air couriers.

2. Shipping Rates & Transparent Checkout

All shipping charges, priority insurance options, and promotional discounts are transparently calculated at checkout before final payment:

  • Complimentary Insured Delivery: We offer complimentary insured air express delivery to all contiguous US addresses on qualifying keepsake packages and seasonal releases.
  • Zero Hidden Fees: There are no surprise import brokerage handling fees, terminal drop charges, or recurring subscriptions at checkout.

3. Heirloom-Grade Protective Packaging

Because EverPaw™ houses high-precision holographic optical lenses, micro-display modules, and delicate internal hardware, we enforce rigorous packaging standards. Every device is cradled in custom-molded, high-density shock-absorbing foam inside a reinforced luxury gift box. Each package includes an anti-scratch protective sleeve, universal Type-C braided cable, and an individual memorial authenticity card.

4. End-to-End Tracking & Notifications

As soon as your custom hardware departs our studio, an automated email containing your tracking code and direct carrier verification link will be sent to your inbox.

5. Address Amendments & Transit Protection Guarantee

  • Address Adjustments: If you need to revise your delivery address or contact details, please notify us at support@trovse.com within 12 hours of ordering, or directly upon approving your private video preview. Once the physical package is registered with international airlines, the destination cannot be altered mid-transit.
  • Transit Damage Guarantee: While transit damage is extremely rare, if your device arrives with cracked glass, electronic malfunction, or outer box damage, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos or video proof. We will rush-build and dispatch a brand-new replacement unit at zero cost to you.
